Hello from (hot and humid) Florida

Hello all!  I'm Amelie.  My husband Lia is transgendered.  We're both in our early 30's, and have been married for 7 years - he told me about (and was diagnosed with) the gender dysphoria 5 years ago.  We're finally at a place where things are great and we're moving forward.  He isn't planning on SRS, but hopes to start going out en femme in the future (although he will still be closeted at work and around many of the people we know).  We're also trying to conceive our first child.    We're also both Christians, so I was very glad to see that sub-board below.

It's been waaaaaaaay too long since I've been on these boards. Just wanted to update and say hello again! Lia and I ended up seeing a fertility specialist, and I'm glad to say we are now the proud parents of a 2-year old little girl who keeps us oh-so-busy (wow, I had no idea little tiny legs could be so FAST!). Now that we're well past the sleep-deprivation stage, I'm going to try to be better about participating in the forum more!  😀
