lol well always slouched and knees apart unless need my knees to hold up something in my lap lol.   what about ankles.  sometimes i noticed I have my knees apart but my ankles still crossed
Every day we pass people, do we see them or the mask they wear?
If you live under a mask long enough, does it eventually break or wear down?  Does it become part you?  Maybe alone, they are truly themselves?  Or maybe they have forgotten or buried themselves so long, they forget they are not a mask?

Ya wanna sit like a guy, ya gotta slouch down and keep ya knees wide apart. Got it?
LOL, right! And take up as much space as you can! Arms outstretched, legs apart... claim your territory!

OK, here's something I really can't do any more:

Run up or down the stairs with no bra.
Here's what I find about compromise--
don't do it if it hurts inside,
'cause either way you're screwed,
eventually you'll find
you may as well feel good;
you may as well have some pride

Well, crossing my legs really tight gives me away, because if I had real balls, they'd probably be crushed. So I'm training myself not to do that.

Same here. I'm much more comfortable (habit and body structure, I think) crossing my legs tightly, but I've been consciously trying to rest one ankle on the opposite knee, like I've seen males do. It hurts my knees, actually, so I slip into my old ways occasionally. I've kind of been realizing, though, whats the point? Sitting is sitting, so I think I'm going to stop trying to not sit comfortably. F uck it.

Haha... on the flip of that coin... I've been trying to get the crossed leg sit down and it hurts -my- knees! Lol.. such irony. Lets trade sits :3
I'm still swollen from surgery, so I can't sit cross legged yet... BLARGH!  :-\

so any idea if crossing ankles with knees still apart is bad or not?  I don't actually see to many men or women do that but it's something I do out of habit.  Then again I also tend to sit on one of my legs a lot lol or have them slightly under the seat.

Oh and something have found am more comfortable and can do around house now...  run around house in undies lol long as have an a shirt on.

Perhaps crossing ankles is an option?

Yeah that's fine for now, I'm just impatient for my body to catch up to where my mind wants it to be.
