Long term HRT and cancer

I am wondering if anyone has information on long term HRT for the MTF pre-op. I have been on HRT for almost seven years. Considerable atrophy has occurred. I have heard that these atrophied tissues are in danger of cancer, long term. If I can get a credible source for this, I can use it as a justification for having an orchi to my recalcitrant spouse.

You might also mention that an orchi could get you off anti-androgens, which have their own risks such as (for spiro) potassium poisoning, low sodium, low blood pressure, etc.?

Your doctor might also lower your dosage of E, reducing the risk of blood clots, liver damage, elevated sugar and so on.
