A FORMER drag queen has come out of retirement to motivate his community to help a young disabled girl gain independence.  Scarlet Ribbon, Derek's stage alter-ego, last performed for an audience in 2001 but Derek is now planning a cabaret evening at the village hall to raise the £1,100 Amy needs.
