It is raining now, but a little bit warmer. I picked up the ankle boots as the road is wet.

My hometown is relatively warmer compared with the mainland. It is still autumn here. I ordered 4 new dresses from an internet site here (products are affordable and nice). And just ago I ordered 4 more, as the price is just for ca. USD $20 for each.

A similar one. It is too short. Without the belt, it easily reveals my underwear. Problematic.

I'm going to get an Olive color dress that is a big color for this year. Wear it with tights and ankle boots.

Contrary to popular stories skinny jeans and jeggings continue to be seen everywhere. I think the skinny pants have become a staple, not going anywhere. Boyfriend jeans and flares are seen more though.

Layers and contrasts are good.

Well, I have to admit I don't recall the last time I saw anyone wearing exposed garters in my town, but maybe your town is different. My guess is that since you are well known and considered eccentric in your community you like to wear things that kind of support that assessment to some extent. You don't really seem have a strong desire to blend in. Whatever works for you, though. We always enjoy the pictures.

Yes. I also love wearing tights, but the skin problem in my buttocks has hindered me from wearing them.
But I do sometimes wear them while running outdoors.

Tights are also popular here around the year except summer.

That's why I rarely wear shorts, much less short skirts. Anything that sucks blood loves me. I have to wear repellent all summer.

Nevertheless I always wear shorts and skirts. I am wearing silk stockings, which surprisingly help a little bit protect my legs from mosquito attacks.
