If [HRC] want to take all the credit as being the single most important force in moving transgender workplace policy then they also need to take blame for being a significant obstacle in that regard as well.  Active support for a non-inclusive ENDA is a direct contradiction of everything the Workplace Project works for, stands for, and has achieved thru the CEI.  Of course, that's not part of this message.  But it's true and until the organization's actions match their words these kinds of messages read like little more than rhetoric or propaganda.
