I am from West Virginia, and I cannot locate a place in my aera (St. Albans/Charleston aera) that does pernement hair removal. If anyone knows of a place it would help greatly thanks. Bye

Isn't there something in the phone book? Look under Hair Removal, Electrolysis, or even Beauty Parlors or Spas. Someone should advertise electroysis services.

The problem isn't only finding a place that does permanent hair removal, you need someone with experience with your specific needs. If you have a LGBT center or clinic, why don't you call them and ask for a referral? Try and get a referral from your local resources, you'll have a better outcome.
