Isn't there something in the phone book? Look under Hair Removal, Electrolysis, or even Beauty Parlors or Spas. Someone should advertise electroysis services.

The problem isn't only finding a place that does permanent hair removal, you need someone with experience with your specific needs. If you have a LGBT center or clinic, why don't you call them and ask for a referral? Try and get a referral from your local resources, you'll have a better outcome.
