A year and 5 months and I'm still sore. (But my dosages have gone up a few times.)

This is going to be with you for a while so kick back and take comfort in the knowledge that you're growing. :)

when i was growing them (yuck) mine never hurt.... what the hell is all of his whining about?!

My nipples were the fist to grow and it was uncomfortable until I started wearing bras with silicone breast forms. the breast felt like lightly bruised flesh, not realy uncomfortably sore. actually it took mine 3 years to fully grow and on and off again afterwards for another two years, but the slow development could have been on the account of age.

Same here, though recently they've grown some more, and this time it's been quite painful. *shrugs*

I don't know about you, Claire, but I'm finding the pain to be a bit of a downer.  I just don't want to move, 'cause every time I do, I wind up hurting.  The pain feels kind of like I've got coarse twine pierced through my nipples, and the loose ends just got caught in something.

Are you serious? Cherish that pain. Its one more thing GGs go through, therefore enjoy your puberty!

I mean... The last one was gross and horrible to me, why not?

My trans-fu is weak... I'm dealing with unmedicated depression and ADD-PI right now.  I need my drugs.   >:-)

Hi  Deviousxen, I'm definitely happy with what results I got from HRT, even 6 years out of my nine years on HRT I would never have guessed I would get this far.

I enjoyed every minute of my transition, every tiny new discoveries and experiences of new development of my body like a teen age girl going through puberty, at my age? "Wow," But it isn't just the physical it is also the psychological, emotional as well as the changes within ones self that takes place as well.

Hi Nephie hon I do pray you get well soon.

My girlfriend sometimes complains that I am lucky that I will never have to deal with it. I just have to disagree.

Oh yeah, mine hurt too. Over a year on hrt and they still hurt. Some days more than others. I also find that massage is good relief....maybe someone can help you with that ;-)
It does not bother me much because I know it is all part of change and I love seeing that change...

OMG yes, if there was any one thing that caught my attention was the day my breast began to grow, like a few of you my nipples felt like some was holding a match to them, they went from dime size to quarter size in a few weeks and then the tissue growth behind them, goodness were they ever sore for about six months at least after that the sorenes was just a part of life, I am affraid it's gonna start again I have been on HRT now just a few weeks and already I have that tenderness coming back, maybe I'll fill a C cup this time.

Hi Christine nice picture, I like it when someone posts an avatar even an animated one I remember them and associate them with the owner quicker then I can the name. Yes I agree with you, enjoy the changes, you come by here but only one time.

Cheeeeez wiz, I don't think I met any women who hasn't said that at one point in time or another. Ain't no wonder, some suffer terrible from menstruation. My sister was nearly incapacitated with it on the first couple days. Some even get hysterectomies just to be rid of the pain and others take birth control pills and sometimes with pain killers. And I don't think the mess is very pleasant to deal with either.

Hi  Terri I beleive then that you are intersexed, or did I miss something?

Yup, Been on HRT for 4 months. My first experience was carrying a basket of laundry up stairs. As I set the basket on the steps to open the door I raked the edge of the basket across my right one. I wanted to give in to the male urge to punch something!

On a side note, I've noticed my right side appears to be slightly larger then my left. any one else have this and have you been told by your doctor that is normal?
  •

Janet_Girl

My left is and yes it is normal for one to bigger than the other.  From everything that Ihave read.
  •

Melissa

Yeah, it mostly goes away, although it hurts me to run (or bounce) while bra-less.  I do get a little pain in them every now and then, but it usually goes away quickly.
  •

cindybc

Hi Janet, Well I believe you could be right, I have one that's pink and other is green, but then I'm from Mars, what do I know?  ;D Seriously though, I didn't experience that myself, but Wing Walker had that experience as well, where the right one was slightly bigger then the left one for a couple of years. From what I been hearing I think it's a common occurrence.

It is rare that everything on your body is perfectly symmetrical. One side is always different from the other, most people just never notice.
