Hey Hazard can you not get a binder?

To change your picture if you go to Profile then profile and forum settings then you can upload a pic there.

Go into your profile, and click on the option called 'Forum Profile Information' (from the list on the left).

Then, in the screen that appears, you'll see three radio buttons.

The top one (that has the words 'Personalized Picture' next to it) is for choosing an avatar from the ones here at the site (pick one from the list to the right of the button).

The middle one (has the words 'I have my own pic' next to it) is for using a link to an image from the web. Just put the link to the image into the empty field and make sure the radio button is active.

The bottom one (has the words 'I will upload my own picture' next to it) is for uploading an avatar from your computer. Click on the button called 'Browse', look for the image on your hard drive, then either double click on it or click on 'open'. Again, if you use this one, make sure the radio button is active (has a little dot in it).

After you've done one of those, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen and click the little button marked 'Change Profile'.

And viola, avatar changed. :)

As far as I know, "working out" with no or not enough cardio can actually make them appear larger, because muscle will develop under the breast tissue. This is why one must remember to include cardio in their work out routine. There is no such thing as "point weight loss" (the assumption that doing sit ups will make you lose weight in your stomach-- it's untrue, and the same applies to the chest). Strength exercises can only really make things bigger (building) or tighter (toning). The only routine that contributes to fat loss is cardiovascular exercise (running, swimming, biking, stairstepping, jogging, dancing, etc).

I struggle a lot with clothes myself, and I don't even have a noticeable chest. Most people tell me they can't see it, but that's because I wear special combinations of clothes to mask the look. It limits my wardrobe to about 3 different "types" of combinations (I have variations in colors and such, but not styles). I can imagine for larger guys that this could be a more serious problem.

Halloween is a struggle for me as well... I have very limited options this year.

Targeted weight loss isn't true, but it is true that if you lose enough body fat in general (which strength training helps with in addition to cardio) then your chest will be less noticeable. Just look at pictures of female weightlifters. Many professional female swimmers have a fairly masculine appearance due to broadened shoulders and very decreased breast size. The really intense weightlifters (even the ones not on steroids) have much much less obvious breasts than most biologically female people. I'm not an expert on this, just observation. But yeah without overall fat loss I see how larger chest muscles would make the breasts appear more prominent.

I'm with you guys on Halloween too...I was thinking a zombie yuppie or a "classy" devil, since those both allow me to wear a suit!

Those women only have smaller breasts because they ALSO do cardio work out. Swimming makes a major cardiovascular impact.

You're not supposed to lift weights without running first. So they get their fair share of cardio.
