I have read the site rules... of course. Being the lover of rules that I am. =P
I'm a transgirl, I go by the name Sarah. I'm in my early stage, as I'm seeing a specialist right now and have yet to be approved for anything like HRT. I'm 18, and I came out to my parents in March of this year. They are supportive, though my brother doesn't really accept me... at all. But, with the support of both my parents and an array of wonderful friends, I've been proudly taking each step closer to that light I've long held onto amidst what I'd call the darkness that occupies the empty part of my being. When I'm whole, I feel it'll be amazing... well, I know it will. I've been through my phases of doubt, but I recently managed to overcome any last doubts about who I am... completely. It's made me feel a lot happier, a lot lighter. As happy as I feel when I put on proper clothes.
SO anyway, it's nice to meet all of you! I think I'll be very happy I signed up here. :]
