I'm really not sure what to make of this since it's done purely as a publicity stunt to promote his children's book. Although I do hope the book will be recieved well and maybe open a few young people's minds. He seems to hope so, too.

As for the pictures... hmmm... I think they were done very deliberately, like with the unshaven legs and lack of makeup etc, maybe to avoid comparisons being made to Eddie Izzard.
