who eats raw tomatoes?

Most definitely!  Fresh from the vine and warmed by the sun.  A little salt and eat like an apple.

Or get them green and still very firm.  Drench in egg and then cornmeal.  Fry in bacon grease or butter.
YUUUMMMMM Fried Green Tomatoes.  Dip in a ketchup and mayo mixture.

You see me and my friend had this discussion at work.. I like tomato pasta sauces... I just dont like eating that vegatable on its own.
