The Event: NCTE is known to approach life with good humor and gusto. Our gala will reflect the values and personality of our organization: fun, collaborative, entertaining and meaningful. We will hear from our members and allies who will recount tales of derring-do, offer toasts to our wins and near-misses, and share their favorite moments in NCTE history. It will be a bit of a twist from the standard DC agenda by interweaving personal reflections with punchy comments and plenty of toasts.
