Heya Guys :3

Just had my fourth shot on Thursday and things have been picking up the last three weeks in terms of changes. My voice has been dropping steadily, its definitely at a lower pitch than before I started T, and it periodically drops more to a male level. Usually when I've just gotten out of bed or something :)

I have black hairs growing around the bottom of my chin, beneath my upper lip and my stache is getting rather prickly now. Hair continues to spread around and up my arms, my legs, my stomach etc. Don't have much of a pimple issue since I've been trying to be careful about that, been keeping a good skin care regime. My specialist said that since I don't have acne now, its very unlikely I'd develop it so I'm very relieved since that was one of my biggest fears!

Libido hasn't changed from its initial increase so I've gotten used to it. Hasn't been much 'growth' down there, but its bigger.

Muscle development continues slowly, my shoulders have broadened and my hips have gotten slightly smaller.

Oh! I got 'sir'ed' a few times last week! It was... random to get that. I had to pause before answering them lol :3 so I thought that I would continue to get that from then on... but then I was sir'ed and then the lady corrected herself and then tried to apologise to which I just said "Its okay, that happens..." :)

le sigh.

Oh, and another thing, I injected the last shot all by myself XD and accidentally stabbed myself in the finger when I changed the needle lol, which I think helped in psyching me up to inject in the leg since it barely hurt at all. So the nurse said to do it on the count of three, and I went "1... 2...3-STAB" it just slid right in, I barely felt it. It was really weird, it went in a good inch or so lol. It was harder to manoeuvre my other hand to squeeze the top down and inject.

But yeah, I found it relatively simple and painless. Although, my leg muscle started aching like crazy about 6 hours later... got really sore and I started to limp. It lasted all day Friday as well but it seems I've now slept the worst of it off. I think it was mainly due to the fact my leg has never had a needle in it before *shrug*

I'm going down to Christchurch in roughly two weeks for my cousins wedding. I won't have seen most of that side of the family for almost two years, but when they heard I was transitioning they were all just awesome about it. They said as long as I'm happy... which is the response I would have liked to have gotten from my Mother and Step-Dad >_>

So yeah, gonna do some clothes shopping, I want to make a good impression XD

Stabbing is what caused your pain most likely. Inserting a needle requires steady even pressure. However you might have "stabbed" because you were anxious and were trying to over come it. Still it makes a difference if you don't stab but push. Congrates on everything. I am glad it is working out for you. Also the slower you inject the less sore your muscles will be. Try warming the vial/ syringe in your hands for a bit before drawing/ injecting.

Most hormones (and most drugs) can be given by injections, topical, pellets or oral. For instance I am currently on testosterone pellets, topical DHT and injection dexamethasone. In a couple of months I will be on testosterone, DHT and dexamethasone pellets with topical trenbolone and oral T3/T4. My next cycle of pellets will include testosterone, DHT, trenbolone, T3/T4 and dexamethasone with injection HGH. While my next cycle will include the HGH in the pellets but I can't use topical HGH because the actual molecule is too large to pass through the skin barrier. As far as I know topical and orals are the only limited delivery methods and problems relate to liver toxicity (oral) and molecule size (topical). Injections are used mainly to bypass the liver and provide longer dosing cycles. Hope this makes sense.
