Resources for Teen Relatives?

I have links for the adults in my family, but my niece expressed 'freakiness' when I came out to her family.  I'd like my daughter to have some link to send her when she replies, or that I could send myself.  I didn't know if there were any teen-friendly resources on explaining transsexuality.

I have the resources for Kids of Trans from Colage but that's not the same thing.

I would have thought the same stuff for adults would do. They have the same capacity for understanding don't they?
