Family, can't live with them, can't... oh forget it.
Another family member who will probably never talk to me again once I'm out.  :(
(Please note, I have no issue with those who believe.)

I just spent a small fortune flying my mom and myself to my brothers wedding ("what's wrong with flying at this time of year?", other than our return flight is during thanksiving week and ticket prices are 3 times higher? nothing  ::) ), only to hear him preach his views on LGBT because he decided to become religious. Not because he believes, but "If there is no god, no harm, but if there is, I will be saved" and of course because his fiance is. What logic. What is really agravating is that he grew up knowing and accepting of our gay uncle.  ???

This whole trip is an F'ing disaster, I gave up a lot to be here, and now I can pretty much assume that this will be the last I see of him unless he gets a divorce sometime down the road. He was one of only 3 people I really wanted to accept this. Now I know there is no chance of that happening anytime soon, if ever.

I would skip the wedding if I thought I could do so without creating even more problems.
I just want to go home.  :'(
