Over-easy and for the same reasons as Audrey, I love to soak the egg into the toast and eat. As for pork.

I absolutely adore it, sausage patties, ham, bacon (thick and crisp) sausage links, pork loin, pork chops, Boston Butts smoke-bar-be-qued dry or wet with excellent sauce!!
It's, no doubt, that southern, celtic heritage of mine. Embarrassing and perhaps not the best thing for my arteries (which is why I don't eat it often) but scrumptious like nothing else in the world!!
