Well, I am going to set up an appointment to talk to the company president about seeing if it is possible to get our insurance changed so it will no longer exclude "sex changes" and related items.  I was wondering if anyone has any tips, suggestions or pdf files and/or dvd's (he can read or watch later) that I can take with me that might help me out.  I'm going to have a hard time with this because when I get nervous I don't communicate with people as well as I need to.
I feel that I need to do this because there is no realistic way that I can ever save enough to get everything done that needs doing if I stay living and working where I am and I don't want to move and have to start over somewhere else if I can get all the help I need right here.
