I know there are threads about this already but I'm not looking for a permanent thing....I need something....anything...to flatten them just for a few hours. No matter how uncomfortable

I'm going out tomorrow, and I really want to go out as a guy. but I can't flatten my chest for the life of me.

I tried to make one out of an old pair of jeans with the pattern I saw posted here somewhere. epic fail. Don't think the jeans even have enough material to cover them  :P Serves me right for liking skinny jeans

At the moment I'm wearing one made out of a pair of support top tights (yeah that's comfortable...eugh) but even in a baggy top their are slightly noticeable lumps. Unless that's just me being paranoid...I can't tell

any and all ideas for either improving the one I have now or a totally new thing. I have no money and no time haha

Duct tape? Cling film? I'm desperate >.>

Have you tried sports bras?
I can usually get my chest to appear flat with three sports bras, two shirts, and slouching.
The bras are too small for normal wear on me (not that I ever wear them other than for binding), and I have to align the elastic parts (at the bottom) where I would like to mash down the lumps, but it works well with two shirts and bad posture.

It probably depends on your chest size whether or not this will work for you, though.

i've lost a lot of weight recently and my sports bra's are all huge on me now =[

Cling flim will do it! I first binded like that however I do not recommend it as it gets bloody hott and russels, but hey if you cant find anything then go for it!

hmmm my choices seem to be:

1: live with the boobs  :'(
2: tape them down and risk ripping off a nipple when I take it off   :-X
3: use clingfilm and be all sweaty and gross for my date  :-\

why can't life be simple  :P

Relax dude, 4 or 6 inch wide ace bandage or medical cling tape should handle your temp situation for about 3 or 4 bucks.

If you want to tape without loosing a nipple, put a tight shirt on and wrap the tape over that, that way the fabric protects your skin from the tape and it also absorbs the sweat.

I just went out as normal in the end, really baggy shirt and that.

A bunch of teenagers apparently thought the site of me was hilarious, but whatever XD

I know im on the opposite end of the spectrum but I actua;;y have a little expiernce binding. I still go to college as male and one day I wanted to wear a skintight shirt. However that makes me far to noticable even at just an A cup so I used a physical therapy band leftover from my car accident. That worked quite well

ok crappy photo to demonstrate

I just cut the leg off an old pair of jeans, and laced it up at the sides to make it as tight as possible

I couldn't get away with a tight top but a baggy shirt or a hoody and I'm set

Agreed

Now I need to find a pair of old jeans.  And figure out how to add laces.  Why must I suck at sewing? (answer: because I'm too lazy to have my sister teach me much)

why thank you  ;D

No sewing involved here!

I should have hemmed the edges but I'm lazy

basically I had two rectangular pieces of denim; I used scissors to punch holes all along the edges and then laced it up like a corset on either side

LOL. Was it my pattern you tried and failed at? ;D
