I can personally vouch for the curler and hair dryer tip. Also makes mascara a lot easier to apply afterwards. You should count to 30 while blowing the curler with dryer. Any longer, and it becomes too hot to put near your eye. After counting to 30, stop drying and blow (with your mouth) on the curler, to cool it slightly before placing it on your eye.
