There's metoidioplasty and phalloplasty.

Met surge releases the clitoris, lengthens urethra, is generally the path guys take if they want bottom surgery, however this will only give you a small penis. However, it does all the things you're looking for, you can piss through it, looks alright considering, am pretty sure it will get hard by itself, it's just the size.

Phallo is just a disgusting surge in general, the results are terrible so almost nobody is planning/has gotten that surgery so far. It takes skin from your forearm or torso and creates a penis, it won't get hard by itself, and I think you can piss through it, it's normal sized, but it just really looks terrible so.

In my opinion there are no really good options.  They have mediocre results and can be fraught with complications especially if you want to pee with it.  As much as I'd love a fully functional penis, I don't think these surgeries are worth the expense, body trauma, and potential complications for what you get.

Give me a drawerful of prosthetics.  At least I know my little dick works.

There are a few guys here who have had the procedures done.  Hopefully they'll chime in with their experiences.

Now that I have some time to reply I'm pretty much gonna be repeating what's already been said, but here it goes:

The first thing you need to realize before proceeding with any surgery is that you'll never get a perfect penis. It's a fact, you're just gonna have to compromise on something.

If you're going for size then phallo is the route you'll take. However it won't function like a normal penis and it takes skin graphs from other parts of your body, i.e. your arm, thigh or stomach.

If function is what you're going for then meta would be a better route. Freespeechz described it pretty well. When you're on testosterone, your clitoris will grow, this gives the base for the surgery. So your penis will only be as big as you grow on the hormones. Some guys get a lot of growth. Some guys, not so much. But like Freespeechz said, it's as close to a fully functional penis as you can get with the options available now.

And as Jay mentioned there's prosthetics, which will probably offer the most realistic looking penis. But then it's not part of your body, so if you have issues with that...

I think that covers most options. lol
