I'm looking for a good doctor for my final surgery and im thinking on Dr. McGinn

Hi every one .

my name is Najwa im from Europe .. i  have been a Ts for many years now .

im finally ready for my SRS this 2009
im thinking on traveling to Pilly to have surgery with Dr. McGinn
i have read her web site also read  about her SRS
and i will be very happy if any one who done her surgery with her
can advice me on doing my srs with her or Dr Marcy in Colorado
i want to be able to be very sexualy active with my vagina


the only think scared me off is to end up with vagina with very big lips
and maybe no deep enough and big scars .
i have my best friend and room mate
who after  her sex change she kill her self after her terrible results from
her surgery with Dr from Thailand a place i will never go for my .

im ready for my SRS and i been ready for a long time
the only thing have stop me all this years is my nephew who fanancialy
i suport as he has long term cancer .
but this 2009 i hope to take some time off for my surgery and setle down
and open my own business .

Hi!

I'm I had my SRS done by Dr. McGinn and I am quite happy with the results, both cosmetically and functionally.

My regular physician commented on how natural the results of my surgery look.  And considering he has probably seen more than a few females in he career, I take that as quite a compliment!

I am sensitive and have had orgasms and my depth is about 6 inches.  Though depth is as much a function of how your body is built as it is a part of the surgeons skill.

Dr. McGinn is quite passionate about her work with the trans community and quite a nice person.  I think you would have a good experience.

Hi Najwa,

I've been to Dr. McGinn also.  Depth is good and there was very little visible scaring.  Sensation also is quite good.   Dr. McGinn is both a general and cosmetic surgeon.  I was very happy with the whole experence and the final results also.  Best of luck to you
