Two men, two teenagers arrested in Richmond gang rape

Josue Gonzalez, 21, who had addresses in Richmond and San Rafael, walked into the Richmond police station shortly before 2 p.m., said police Lt. Mark Gagan. Gonzalez, who uses the nickname "Pato," had been considered armed and dangerous as well as a flight risk, police said.

Gonzalez was the final suspect being sought in the attack, which detectives are investigating as a hate crime because of language the attackers used during the assault.

Police on Wednesday arrested the other three: a man and two teenagers. Humberto Hernandez Salvador, 31, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at his Richmond home on suspicion of kidnapping, carjacking, rape, probation violations and other felonies, Gagan said. Detectives believe he was the ringleader, police said.

Thank God they have the scum that perpetrated this horrendous crime.  Now if they get the max, it will be a victory for women and the GLBT community.

Pretty much all done by community reaction, not Richmond police work.  Two of them are juvie.  Lets see if they get adult trials first.
