Chicago's Lakeside Pride Music Ensembles members to perform in Obama Inauguration Parade

Chicago, IL — Chicago's Lakeside Pride Music Ensembles, part of The Lesbian and Gay Band Association (LGBA), will march in Barack Obama's Inauguration Parade on Jan. 20. The LGBA, a national band with members fro across the country, will be the first openly gay band to march at a Presidential Inauguration Parade.

Barack Obama's Inauguration Committee selected the Lesbian and Gay Band Association to be one of several dozen bands to march at the Inauguration Parade of Barack Obama. The organization will be the first lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender group to march in the Presidential Inauguration Parade.
