Who: Panel of state legislators (we are expecting a panel of about 6 or so, including Sen. David Parks, and Asm. Paul Aizley and Joseph Hogan)


This session's LGBT-related legislation includes:

. ending discrimination in employment on the basis of gender identity and
expression

. ending discrimination in housing and public accommodations

. providing a legal basis for gender-neutral civil unions and adoptions

. fully funding domestic partner benefits

. gender designation on driver license and the dmv policy

. HIV testing

. public employees benefit plan domestic partner benefits
