Hmm.
As a female:
I'm 5'2.  I weigh about 90 pounds(about 115 now though from all the muscle I put on in my legs, it'll go down when the hormones break down my upper body).
I have a 22 inch waist, and I wear 28 pants loosely, but it's hard to find smaller.  I wear size 6 shoes, and size 6/7 rings.  I have tiny hands and tiny feet.  I have curly hair and sharp gray/green eyes.  I have a wonderfulyl angular face and my shoulders don't really stand out.  I think my dream woman is well, ME, with some fat around the hips, BOOBS, and a vagina.  I'm happy with who I am, and with my body, because i KNOW I'm beautiful, as a guy or a girl.

Narcicist alert!  >:D

Seriously, it is a good thing to be happy with what you've got, even if you are moving forward to make changes. I strongly believe you have to have somewhat of a self centered and defiant attitude to get through all this.  And quite honestly, there are many who would love to have the features you describe.  Including me!

Well...
Idk.  It's just me.   I think everyone is born with a body befitting to them, and if they have to change gender the body that they grow into fits them.  I think I'm simply designed to be beautiful, because I have to be as part of me, it makes me stronger.  Everyone has different things about them, which make them stronger.  So yeah... bleh.  What's, the "Squirrel Cage?"
