Hi shychristine -
The first thing you should do is go to this site's Wiki and search on 'Tucking'. That should get you started.

Hi shychristine -
I'm home now and have some more time I know this post is going to be long but I thought I'd tell you how I tuck. I again recommend you looking at the tucking article in Susan's Wiki.
Tucking
Tucking in this context is taken to mean displacing the penis and testicles between the legs to present a flatter anterior pelvic appearance under clothing. This is done by displacing the testicles into the inguinal canals and then folding the penis between the legs. The position of the penis (between the legs folded back onto the perineum) keeps the testicles in the inguinal canals and results in the desired look.
I am aware of three ways of maintaining the position of the testicles and penis in this position. Very tight panties will do this as will a gaff. The third method, which will be further discussed below uses tape.
Before using any kind of tape I recommend close shaving of the scrotum and penis. It's best to use a sharp razor, some people prefer the Venus but I've found that any good safety razor will do. I generally do this in the shower at the same time I'm trimming and shaping my pubic hair. Shaving isn't absolutely necessary but if you don't it will be very painful removing the tape, which will take the hair with it.
The next thing I would recommend is testing the tape. My favorite tape is Johnson & Johnson FirstAid Secure Comfort Tape 1". This tape is perforated for easy tearing so you don't need scissors. It's a white cloth tape which I find very comfortable and easy to get into place. Another tape I've used is 3M Nexcare First Aid Premium 1". This tape is water proof, soft plastic and skin colored. I've read that some people use duct tape but this has never appealed to me. Once the scrotum is shaved cut a small piece of tape and paste it onto the scrotum and leave it as long as you can, up to a day or so to see if you have any allergic reactions. If you do try a different type of tape or consider the gaff or tight panties.
Once I'm showered and shaved I prepare the tape. I use 5 pieces, each about 3" long. Two of these I make into a 'T', sticky side to sticky side. Wrap the top limb of the 'T' loosely around the shaft of the penis. If you're circumcised as I am wrap just behind the head of the penis. If you're not circumcised experiment with the tape placement so that it's near the end. Be sure that the meatus (opening of the penis) is pointing directly back. If its not you run a very real risk of peeing on yourself. Now, as mentioned above, displace the testicles into the inguinal canals by gently pushing up then fold the penis between the legs. Press the sticky end of the long limb of the tape onto the perineum (the skin between the anus and base of the scrotum). This holds the penis in place for the rest of the procedure. Now pull the sides of the scrotum around the shaft of the penis forming a tunnel. I start from the front and work to the back taping the scrotum together. At this point I usually remove the 'T' shaped tape since I don't like the feeling of the tape on my perineum. You want to avoid putting tape directly on the glans penis. It can be very irritating and painful to remove. Now you've finished. Put on a cute pair of panties and enjoy the rest of your day!!
Some further observations. You should always do this laying down. I've tried sitting, squatting and standing but none of these have worked for me. When you first get started try propping a mirror against a pillow or something else so that you can see what you're doing. Don't expect to get it right the first time or first couple of dozen times you try but be persistent and you'll soon catch on. Don't be afraid to experiment. What I've described above works for me but there are many ways to do this. Find what works best for you. These days it takes me less than 5 min in the morning to get tucked. As I mentioned above I tuck after showering in the morning. Everything is clean and dry and my penis tends to be more flaccid which makes getting everything together easier.
Finally you might find tucking uncomfortable or painful when you first begin. One of the causes of pain is improper taping. If you're not taped tight enough the testicles can slip into and out of the inguinal canal into the scrotum. This "pop-gun" effect can be very painful. Keep trying and you'll soon figure out just how tight to tape. You might also experience aching in your testicles or lower pelvis when you start tucking. When I began I found I could go an hour or two before having to take everything down. After a while it became more and more comfortable until I now go all day and all night tucked, only taking it down to shower in the morning. I'm actually at the point where I'm uncomfortable when not tucked, and all of my clothes look so much better (down below).
Don't try to force anything. If something doesn't feel right just take the tape off. The testicles will naturally return to the scrotum. Don't forget that you'll need to sit to urinate. Consider wiping the meatus to remove any residual urine and keep your panties dry.
Best of luck. Let me know if I can answer any other questions. Hope this helps.
