What I heard Oprah say is this person belongs to a network that has over 9000 penises and they are all raping children.  It was a very graphic way of saying there are 9000 men raping children.

I don't know if she later found out this guy was full of it but from the clip shown I don't see that leading to her getting "owned" or sucked into a meme.
