I look like a male but I don't act like one anymore. My heart says female and that is the way I'll be. I'm not macho at all. I like to be feminine most times. I just wish that some would accept me as female.

Actually I really do see myself as female even though I sometimes must act like a male just to avoid any friction in the family.

I'm just curious why your gender on the forums says male then.  I always assumed it meant you saw yourself as currently male, but wanted to transition to female, but you just explicitly said you see yourself as female.

I have to agree.  This ebb and flow of moods and emotions drove me crazy as it also did to my former wife and lovers of all kinds.

Some of us just happen to have the personality that if we have been born females we  would have grown into the Betty Davis, Rossanne Barr, Susan B Anthony  tye of dames, gutsy agressive type a personalities.
For those of us is easy to be perceived and boxed ass manly man when we are not in femme mode and I suspect that when the final day of a fully SRS comes I will not be confused with Meg Ryan or Melanie Griffith more like Angelina Jolie I hope.
There used to be a time when to be a Transexual you had to play this narrow role of super femmininity.   I rememmber the first time I saw a drag show with Ambrosia Salad she is this 6 feet 6 inches tall big  muscled dame that was on your face rancous bulge of jokes and laughter, it was a shock!
she broke the mold for me, thank god, No Stepford Wife stuff for this dame

QuoteYour thoughts? For MTFs, are you a woman or just not-male?

When I first transitioned, I wanted to be woman, but over time my vision of self morphed into not-male, but not necessarily female either. Since then, I've often identified as M2F2?, at least for the short answer to the question of what gender I am.

Hi
I am a woman in a man's body.  I think like a woman and get along when I am with other woman.  I enjoy being with other women as a woman rather than a man with a woman.  I like being dressed in women's clothes than in boring men's clothes.
