It's probably due as much to reduced T as increased E. T made me a basket case, consider what it's absence does. I took E for a few months before adding spiro and yes it made me giddy sometimes, but more noticably in the first few days, and this would happen each time dosage was increased. There would be a few days of giddyness then a sort of one or two day crash into raging beligerent feelings toward everything, then a levelling off. E has more of an active, energetic effect, it adds rather than taking away. But after a few weeks on Spiro is when the calm, peaceful feeling came. Of course I don't need to say it but this is all subjective YMMV.
