Spanish Draft Gender Recognition Bill
Europe moves on.
Spain is the latest European Union Country to draft a Gender Recognition Bill following the European Court of Human Rights Ruling in 2002.
Rulings made at the ECHR in Strasbourg are legally binding on all Countries within the EU.

I wish the govenment here would take notice!

Actually, Helen, we might be better off if the current government we have would take no notice whatsoever.
