Well, O.K., I don't have it in hand, but he's sending it to me in the next few days. Tomorrow I need to see if I can get an appointment with the Endo. Actually, I have an appointment with a local favorite Doc, but she's booked 3 months out, so it isn't until the end of May.
But my therapist gave me the number of another doctor who used to work closely with the one I'm booked with, so I will try him first thing tomorrow and see if I can get in sooner. *fingers crossed*
