Sounds rather unhealthy to me emoboi, especially for someone with a known eating disorder. Keep well emoboi - that is the most important thing.

My little sister is a size 0-1 on her own (she eats like a horse but has a thyroid problem). For her, it looks good. She's also not very tall to begin with. What size you're healthy at all depends on your own body type. Honestly, from your profile pic, you look fine as you are. I'd have guessed you for at MOST a size 2. I'm a size 7. I'll never healthily be a size 0, and I'm comfortable with that. I could MAYBE get down to a size 5. Do I care if I do? Not really. I don't think a size 0 would be healthy for you, though, from the looks AND sounds of things.

I think it's too unhealthy, personally. :-\ I've seen a pair of size 0 jeans.  When I saw them, they honestly scared me.  99% of the population cannot be healthy at the weight necessary for a size 0, which is why it's scary.

Health is always most attractive, emoboi.  Aim for health. :)  I've seen people rock size 14 because they were healthy.

You should watch that documentary "The Truth about Size Zero"...
It's scary what people put themselves through to get to that size.

I used to know several "size zero people" before; they carried their toothbrush everywhere they went and "used" it after each meal...not exactly to brush their teeth of course ::)

One thing is certain...that size zero's only exist in female bodied people who are not just skinny but TINY all over.  The thing is that the term "zero" implies "nothing" which is something you may want to explore further.  Is it your goal to be regarded as zero/as close to nothing as possible?

Okay, ya know, emo, I feel for you, I really do. Your brain is telling you you're too fat, even though in reality, you're not... in reality, you're killing yourself via eating disorder.

So I'm sorry, but I gotta say something I ordinarily wouldn't, because it's a little mean... but maybe that's the only way to get through.

SIZE ZERO IS A WOMEN'S SIZE. Men do not wear "size zero." A women's size zero has a 23-inch waist, if we're talking pants, and in case you're not aware, the smallest size men's pants go to is a 28 (inches). There's a reason for that. Guys aren't tiny. Those who are, usually have a big problem with it, and bodybuild to try to bulk up. Men are NOT obsessed with how skinny they are... if anything, most men want to be bigger!

I'm not saying you're not ftm, not a dude, or what have you. But for god's sakes... if only for the fact that you're being a little frickin' girl about your weight, quit it! Get some help! I've been sympathetic before, as have the rest of the guys, but god... just get some help. You're not too skinny, you're not going to be beautiful if you lose 20 lbs... you're going to be dead. And what's the point of that?

There is a man at work who goes to the gym EVERYDAY and drinks protein shakes 3 times at work in 7 hours, only eats protein meats. Eats healthy..
I once turned to his partner and said *** looks skinny.. she grasped and said DO NOT say that to him. He doesn't like it. Apparently he has always been skinny he is like 25 now and he doesn't like it so he pumps iron and exercises a lot and eats/drinks protein to GAIN weight.. yes I said GAIN weight! He looks healthy because he has big arms and his chest is big.. but his waist is still small as there isn't really that much he can do about it..
I have never met a REALLY skinny man who liked his size.. or a man who wished to be REALLY skinny because.. men are portrayed to be either muscle bound or heroes.. and I am sorry I just don't know a Size zero hero.. who is male..

I agree 100% with what Seb said. Dude you really need to start listening to someone.. I over eat that is my problem I replace my emotions with food.. and its not good but I can still control it.

The only advice I can give you is that you need to LISTEN and TRY to take it in.

Guys bulk up, not slim down.

A guy who looks like he came out of a concentration camp is not sexy. On top of that, for guys, weight is FAR less important than for women.  A guy can put on 5-10 pounds and no one will even notice. Stop this insane quest, be healthy, your size is irrelevant.

Never judge yourself based on the size you wear, but how you wear your size.

Unhealthy. Yeah it looks too skinny but from a simple health standpoint it is unhealthy. You should go to a doctor and see how it affecting your health. I know its probably hard in so many ways.
here is to good health!

I have to agree with what everyone has said. Size zero doesn't look good on women let alone on guys.

Guys do get anorexia and get fixated on being skinny.  It's not any healthier for guys than it is for girls, but obsession with being then is *not* a women-only problem.

there ARE boys/men with eating disorders 10% of men have eating disorders http://www.something-fishy.org/cultural/issuesformen.php and i do compare myself to women/girls on are they skinnier than i am but it doesnt have anything to do with there gender and i do wear womens/girls clothes mostly so yea
actually some guys/unisex pants do go lower than 28 (inches) and maybe i am being a girl about my weight but i mean so what
and im getting all jumbled what i want to say so i will just stop at that

QFT.. guys, I think I know what you're trying to do but I don't think teasing him about being girly about his weight or whatever is going to help.

Size 0 or 2 makes me throw up in my mouth a bit (unless the person is under four-and-a-half feet tall).
