The problem is, it's all numbers.
Numbers do not mean you're attractive or not.
Numbers don't tell you whether or not you're healthy.
Numbers mean little at all in this context.
What matters is your health and well being, which requires you to eat right (not too much but sure as heck not too little either) and get a reasonable amount of exercise.
If you starve yourself and wear yourself out trying to fit a number you are not making yourself attractive, you're turning yourself into something highly unattractive.
Chasing numbers is not healthy either. It's an unhealthy obsession.
If you ascribe meaning to numbers that don't mean anything on their own, you'll look about as "rational" as people who talk to walls.
