This here is Vilsu. She was born in spring 2006, we don't know for sure since we got her in a bit weird way. She was basically abandoned and decided to find a new home.
Literally the cat that changed my life.

Here is Paavo! He's actually Vilsu's kitten and was born March 19th 2009 at 01:02AM. :D He's a bit spoiled, thanks to my fiancé but he loves everyone who's willing to give him some attention.
Yikes, that picture is big...

But we all love cute family moments, hm?
How about one with Vilsu and Paavo? ;D

I'm not too sure.  Her tail kind of thinned out and a few days ago she either threw up or expelled some sort of liquid waste and it smelled horrible and I noticed everytime she eats she hisses and growls for no reason.  Today she had some sort of moist looking sore or cut under her chin.  I hope she isn't going crazy.  She still seems responsive to my calls and what not but she doesn't want cat food anymore, just the juice of the cat food and whatnot.  It's weird.

How bizarre! :(

Maybe she has a sore mouth that stops her wanting to eat solids? it must be stressful for her I guess :(

poor thing, let me know how she gets on

Will do, shes starting to get up there in age but I've seen her in worse shape so hopefully she will get better.

All I can say is that my life is pretty plain, I like watchin' the puddles gather rain.

Despite all my rage, I'm still just a rat in a cage

The bottom of her chin had a sore on it so my mother rubbed some medicine on it and it looked like it helped a little.  She was eating a bit better the other day.  I guess we just got to keep rubbing it on her.

Glad to hear that she seems to be a bit better :)

I have to say there are some very squee-worthy animals on this thread. And I am here to either add to the diversity or completely derail it. My baby ball python Viktor. He's about 10 months old.

Just ignore my arms. And the mess on my computer desk.

My puppy. :) Ok, well, she's actually 10, but whatever.... She's been my best bud since I was 5. :)

She's so cute! I have two pugs myself. A 9 year old girl and a 13 year old boy that we adopted when he was 10. He's sleeping next to me on the couch right now, snoring to the point where I just had to turn the tv up to hear it.

i guess it's weird to squee over a snake, but i sure did.

in a totally manly fashion.  yeah.

love snakes.  had a couple myself.  owned a boa for a while until my ex refused to return her after i left.  was pretty gutted, i got her for my 18th birthday as a present to myself, she was awesome.  same guy owned a fully grown burmese python, three other boas and a pair of hog nosed vipers, and decided he owned her as well.  and last year i got a corn snake for my kid's birthday, but came to turn down the thermostat one night and he'd somehow disappeared from the tank.  no idea how he got out, there were no holes, the lid was secure, he just was in there one moment and not the next.  i was more upset than the kid.  only funny thing about it was that it was on that rapture day that never occured.  so now i joke that camping was right, he was just a little off on the species.

My rats are my babies. Of course most of my family are pretty grossed out by them, but they're actually very affectionate and playful pets.

My first rat, Joanna

She's a sweet thing unless there's food nearby, then she becomes a pig and eats everything in sight.

Second rat, Jinx

I got her when she was just a tiny baby, and she's still pretty small. She's very energetic and loves running around and jumping on things. Hard to keep up with her sometimes.

And no, neither of them are snake food.

Schism: Squeeing in manly fashion is of course, accepted. I certainly do whenever I see anything even remotely cute. Or see a sweater vest. Yep. I am that secure in my masculinity.

Vine: I had rats when I was younger. Mine used to sleep in the pocket of my hoodies. :D
