Amo la mia classe di italiano! (d'italiano? xp) I'm not very good yet but I try hard. ^_^ And my professor likes me, too.
Ah, the power of language. -_-
--Gatto =]
ps: I was going to make this entire post in italian but I don't know enough yet.
Classe di Italiano AFAIK. I've never studied Italian and learnt it on the street (not in that way!).
Ah, il potere del linguaggio...
Gatto, Gatta, Gattino, Gattina, Gattone o Gattaccio?

Rather than use "amo" for your class I would use "mi piace tanto..." or "mi piace un casino...". It's a bit like using "volere bene" as one builds up to saying one loves someone. As in "ti voglio bene". "ti voglio tanto bene", "ti voglio un casino di bene" and then... hopefully "ti amo"...
"Casino" means sort of a big confusion, "Casinò means Casino as in English.
Texting in Italian... Enjoy
