My boyfriend tells me of a procedure he heard of that involves the hookup of a penis above the vaginal region. It doesn't involve testicular implants of any kind or grafts of skin -- Apparently it's a donor penis or something that they attach and hook nerves up to. One can have both sets of genitals, apparently, garner an orgasm from both and urinate from the penis.

Does anyone know anything about this?

I say this because really I'm only concerned with having a penis. This sounds odd, but, I enjoy penetration too much to let it go. I want a penis but not so enthusiastic about letting the current set go, because I guess it's just what I'm used to. I don't know.

Well, as far as I know you can't have a donor penis attached unless you used to have a penis.  When they figure it out I'm so there!  But it's not possible today.  I know they can like, make you a penis from other parts of your body, but I'm not to keen on that.

     No, that is not possible. Their arre two proceedures. One, is called phalloplasty, in which they graft skin from your forearm and make a penis, the best they can. This is very expensive and does not always look great.

The other one is called metodioplasty. This is more common and less expensive, and better in my opinion. When the clitoris has grown for a year or two (due to testosterone) they will cut the "hood" of the clitoris and then it is released which gives it more length. It will look like a little penis.
