Where to begin MtF counseling in Texas?

I currently as of this writing live in Sacramento of California.

Soon I will be moving to Texas with my MtF girlfriend and saving up with my current job to begin counseling, but I need to ask... how do I find where counseling services are for Male to Female transgenders?
I tried google map and other google searches to find counseling, any help here?

Oh and I will be in San Antonio when move to Texas.
