Hey everyone! I just started with avon and i'm already a sales leader. By just starting I mean like 2 weeks ago LOL. Anywho when i asked my DM "Hey have you thought to put a table up at PRIDE in toronto" they both just kind of had light bulbs go off over there heads. i told them there was going to be like millions of people.  It got me thinking. Avon could be a GREAT way for the trans community to buy things they want without fear of rejection. So when i go to pride in TO i'm going with tons of books. I want to help people. I don't judge. I was also thinking of having make over partys at my house and that includes the trans community. Avon has cloths and shoes and accessories so i mean it is one of the safest ways to get what you need without a lot of people knowing. *grins* It makes me so happy that I can help yay. What do you guys think. Any ideas of how i could reach out to the trans community in my area and stuff??

Contact your local GLBT group and get the word spread.  After a couple of TS/TG clients the word will spread.

I have often thought of doing the same thing, but I want more information.  I tried Amway once and swore never again, but an other GG, who used to be here is in Mary Kay.  And she also loves it.

You have made me begin to think of this as a second income.

Mary Kay isn't so great.  At least not to start.  Avon is much cheaper for you to start, and you can start making MUCH more off of it, right away.  Aww look at my little business woman!  It's so very neat, I'm sure normally it's the SO that is nervous about what they're partner is experiencing, but in this case Erica is so open and I'm the nervous one.  I'm glad she wants to get so involved in "our" community even though the only way I am is these boards!

Avon is $20CND to start, Mary Kay is  over $100 for useless products.

I would hardly call them useless. I use Mary Kay and love the results I get. Plus you have a personal consultant that keeps an inventory so you don't have to wait for you product to be ordered.

Hey Adrianna is right it costs 20.00 you get your first two Campaign borcures (10 of each). You get a cool bag and a testing product. You also get lots and LOTS of training. I talked to a rep about mary Kay it costs way to much to start. They want you to spend somewhere like 3000 on your inventory. With avon you still have your own personal rep i'll use myself. I can let people order from the catalog on there own. I can come over and go over it with them. I can show them the products. I am here to help.Avon is such a good investment because it really sells its self. The best question i've been asking is "how long has it been since you've seen an avon book" they tell me an di'm like that long here check this out. LOL

anywho it is really good   You order your pruct its shipped to you your invoice is inside with what you owe. You collect your money when you deliver and keep the difference. The bill you and minus your commission and thats how it works. And there is not quotas or anything. If you dont sell you stop simple.
