Hi Everyone

Im new to this site and I love it.  Its just a site that has all the information you need and a lot of helpful people. I am pretty much a very passable ->-bleeped-<-.  I have had no surgeries nor do I take any hormones but I can pretty much pass.  I really dont want to do any surgeries except for one thing.  I want to get rid of my adams apple.  A lot of people tell me its barely there but there are some angles that I can tell that its there.  Its one thing that give me away.  The cheapeast I found here in the US is Dr Toby Mayer (not Meltzer), he does it for 2800. Since I am flying to the Philippines by the end of the year, I am thinking of getting it in Thailand.  I was able to get in touch with Dr Chettawut and his rate is 1800 USD.  I sent him detailed questions and am waiting for his reply.  I have tried contacting Dr Sanguan Kunaporn multiple times via email but he only responded once with the price.  Has anyone had tracheal shave procedure with either of these doctors?  I would love to hear from ya regarding your experience.  Or if you have had this procedure, id like to ask some questions.  Right now I am just trying to choose which doctor tThanks

BTW, is there a way to load pictures to show my neck pictures?

Usually a tracheal shave (chondrolaryngoplasty) is done as an add-on to other surgery.
Some of the cost is related to getting you on the operating table.
If you're already there, that cost is covered.

The incision might be made high (under the chin) or low (near the Adam's apple).
It is a fairly simple procedure and might take 1/2 an hour.

I don't think that I've heard any preferences for surgeons on this.
Usually anybody you'd trust with your genitals, you'd trust with your neck!

I tried sending Chettawut a list of questions and He answered 2 out of 12.  Im still trying to get a hold of Sanguan.
Well im not touching my genitals, this is all I need done.   I still would like to go to someone who is good at it and not someone who will do a hack job.  Even if this is a minor thing compared to what other girls go through, its pretty major for me since I have not done any surgical procedure nor plan to do more.
