Now that I have your attention, what I am actually thinking, aside from boobs... which I'm always thinking about... ummm... yea... onward!

I was considering writing a story!  I was going to turn my current D&D campaign that I am running for my SO into a novel of sorts.  I'm not exactly sure how long it's going to be, or if I'll even keep interested long enough to finish, but I want to try.  What I wanted to ask you all about was a few things about it:

1. Would it be ok to post chapters as I finish them for review on the boards?
2. If yes, then under which thread?
3. Should I write it in third or first person? I can't decide.
4. If it ends up containing sexual content, should I only submit a censored version on the boards?

Anyway please answer as many questions as you can thank you!

You could open a blog account at http://tgspot.com/ which is our other blog site and post them there.

Thank you, well that answers a few questions.  A few people have been viewing this post but haven't posted I was starting to think I should repost with a new proper title, I just posted this title to be funny... and because my SO and her sister told me too lol.

Aww please? Since your staff how about at least letting me know whether I should censor it or not?

If you are in the other site, it isn't censored, as it is not a support site as here.  There are also several sites where you can upload your stories for others to read and comment on.  Although I don't remember the names.

But you might want to censor it for a younger audience.  But if you do decide to put it here, aka the Blog area, yes you will have to censor it heavily.

I can't really think of any other painful lumps we would be so very happy to see growing out of our chests.
Please post a link to your stories whenever you get around to it, you always put your thoughts into words so well that I'd really like to have a look if it's ok

I would love to post a link for you, that's why I started this topic in the first place.  I haven't even started yet though.  Do you honestly believe I write that well just from reading my posts though?

You have good grammar at the very least, Adrianna. And, for the most part, that's a huge plus to any story; the story could be complete crap, but still be enjoyable if it's written well. I'd like to read it, too... When you write it out, of course. :x

I guess I better get started then! Still though I can't decide whether I want to write it in first or third person.  Second Person is just to weird to even think about.

I do think you put your thoughts down rather well, I've never read anything by you and not understood what you meant, and I look forward to seeing your fiction work. It's a rare quality, just accept the deserved compliment and get to writing missy.

From someone who has written, a lot, in her life the best advice I can give is to just start writing it. Let the ideas flow and the story take shape. You will soon find where you are comfortable writing from and can always go back and change things so it all matches. The important thing though is to just start the process.

Good luck and enjoy!
