Las Vegas questions.

Hi girls,

so i currently live in LA, but am having to move to Las Vegas next month due to financial circumstances.  Here in LA I just started going to a clinic where they provided me with services at little to no cost due to my not having insurance.  I will be starting hormones in a less then 2 weeks once my blood test come back.

anyways the point of the topic is to put out this question: are there such clinics in Las Vegas??  How does one go this in vegas if they are uninsured (I was let go as a flight attendant due to transition issues) My current dr is however going to be requiring me to come in once a month or 2 a month for the shot (this is standard for everyone) meaning I cant be in vegas and get my shots.  Im even at the point where im willing to drive the 4 hours bc i really need to start hormones as im allready 27 lol. 

Also if anyone can fill me in on being tg in las vegas, different places girls hang out, centers, group meetings, anything really that would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi Annabella,
LA is definitely a good place to be for low-cost, sliding-scale therapy and hormones. Many clinics offer them. It'll probably tighten up with the State budget cuts coming soon. I don't know much about Las Vegas but you best bet might be to do searches for Las Vegas Gay and Lesbian Center and different LGBT-friendly organizations that offer low-cost and free mones and therapy. I'm sorry to hear about your job, I hope things turn out well for you in Vegas. If you stay in LA, have fun but be safe! Meghan
