TG/TS/CD Friendly Boutiques in SF Bay Area

I'm pretty much at the point where I'll shop anywhere for clothes and such. But, I'd like to bring my money to places that are openly supportive of TG/TS/CD folks. Carla's in San Jose is one such place.

Are there any other recommendations of hair dressers and such, preferably not far from BART or Caltrain?

Hmm, okay, how about does anyone have any favorite boutiques?

There is a TG boutique on Mission (like near 22 or so) but its a bit spendy as it caters to kind of closet crowd.  The Goodwill Flagship store (Van Ness and Mission) rocks, as does the Goodwill in lower Pacific Heights, (Fillmore and one block north of Gerry) and the one in the Haight, which tends to be a bit picked over, but I can guarantee you no one will bat an eyelash at you in those place.  But hell, I like Macy's downtown, the girls are most wonderful, and the little boutiques out in the Mission and the Haight, and on Union seem to be nice too.
