I'm just going to chalk this up to stupid vanity getting in the way of good sense, BUT.....
I responded to a Free Trial offer from Dazzle White teeth whitener.   DON'T DO IT!!

I picked up a link I imagined was legit in my broadband mag, and before you could say 'gimmie your money, stupid', I did.
Well, almost.  I found my way out of it but they had me tied up in contractese that seemed impossible.  And I was blind-sided.....that's what reeeeely pisses me off.  VANITY!!
Whiter teeth, Bev...what every okeedokes 58 yr old needs....brilliantly sparkling white teeth.

Ugh!!  Who gives a ->-bleeped-<-?  Now, anyway.
If you come across this gimmick, skip it.  Don't even think about it.  If your teeth look like the crumbly black and gray stones-for-teeth in The Mummy.....don't.  DON'T be sweet talked into clicking the 'Submit' button for that 'free' trial.  If you search the site, you will find that you should have read the agreement carefully......very carefully.  The free trial sample is nothing of the sort.  The trial sample is the gateway to recurring charges to your card in a membership scam.
Anyway, I got out with only a minor case of 'shame on me' and no cost, when most folks get screwed at $59 a month.

I will from now on smile sweetly with my natural 'old gal' smile, and be proud of it.

Bite Me, Dazzle White!

Did we forget the saying; "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably isn't true"  ::)

You silly old woman.  Oh Wait you are only 3 years older than me. :icon_redface:  Ok then you are another silly old woman.  I did the same thing on another site and got nailed for $60 for subscription that I did not want.  Got the money back, but never again.

Live and learn, Hon.  Live and learn.  ;D

There's no such thing as a free trial.  There is only a trial that you have not yet payed for, which is difficult to opt out of.

In fact, if the terms and conditions can't fit on an index card that you can put in your pocket, just forget that the word "free" even exists.
