Well... transmen call their clits penises quite a bit. While I don't necessarily agree with this practice, if it's acceptable, then why can't transwomen call their penises clits?

Here's my favorite excuse (and it actually works):
I have gynecomastia.
This works for ftms and mtfs; the former, if binding is insufficient; the latter, if HRT has started the breast growth, but the person isn't "out" yet.

Testosterone enhances the size & shape of the clitoris to more in line with the penis, whereas estrogen doesn't turn a penis into something that resembles a clit.
