A while ago I found a thing on YouTube by a guy raving about how great potato starch is as opposed to corn starch for our packers, and I was wondering how I'd get such a thing. I was thinking I'd just take a potato and grate it really find or use a food processor, and squeeze out the starch, basically you get a cloudy water sort of stuff, then you let that dry throwing away the pulp and there you go, pototo starch.

But, turns out right by the corn starch in the market there's potato starch. It's like 4X as much but according to the guy it's worth it.

The potato method I outline isn't that hard to do, but it's nice to know you can just buy the stuff.

I was thinking of asking if potato starch would be okay actually as we don't have corn starch in the shops up her, just potato (and it costs next to nothing).

The guy on YouTube goes on about how much better it is so I'd say it's OK.

I just use Shower to Shower powder in a masculine sport scent.  Works for me.  It's primarily corn-starch based.
