Like omg!!! I soooo love your top! Like where did you get it? Like what's it like being a ->-bleeped-<-? Like...Like...Like...OMG!!! I love your make up.

When other girls say things like that, It annoys me sooo much! LOL! Seriously. My point of speech is if you use like more then once in a sentence, It's annoying!

And what annoys me the most, is when other girls figure out that I am transgendered (Mostly from ex-friends), then they are like, "OMG!!! I didn't know you were a man. But ewww! Now that I know...I don't think we can be friends anymore! TTYN!"

...Need I say more??

Get used to it Sweety. Throughout your life, you will make some people uncomfortable,
some people will dislike you and some people will hate you, for what you are.
It is best that you realize that now while you are young. The more you think
you pass the more you must watch you back.

"I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you,
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.

So let's make the most of this beautiful day,
Since we're together, we might as well say,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?" - Fred Rogers

I am already use to it, My heart has already been harden jadeingly by the corrupting and misinterpreting of those that are confused.

But like I said...Annoying...It is, for those who act all goody-goody but annoyingly use like so much; And then they figure out something they didn't know before and then---Boom!

I think it's fun.  Girls do that with each other.  The other day I told a girl I loved her lipgloss and asked her where she got it.  She was happy to tell me and we talked about what colors worked for our lips and I showed her what I used.  Needless to say I'm loving using what she uses, haha!

I really don't think, at least in my experience, that they're doing that to mock me.  (The ones who know know because I trusted them enough to tell.  All the others can guess however much they want, it's not any of their concern).  It's just how the girly type of girls interact.  Yes, we use "like" probably way more than we should... but it's fun to gab about that kind of stuff.

And if those girls don't like you that you are trans, or they nib into your business about being trans, just ignore them.  Indifference is a powerful weapon.

Silly willy! Of course, I know they arn't mocking me...But I am saying...Get any person who keeps using like over and over again...And tell me you won't get annoyed--And rather quickly if I may add.

You might, like, be annoyed by me if we ever like, met.  LOL. :)

I know a lot of people who use "like" a lot, especially on the internet. I only see the really girly-girls use it, and it's very annoying.

Good luck sticking with real friends. Some of my friends don't know my physical identity, and I don't intend to tell them unless they ask. (F2M)

Yep, on both counts.  Hey doll....I would have said,
"The more you think you pass, the more you must watch your [ass!]

That's the nice thing about being raised be two older sisters and your mom.

You learn to deal with catty girls at a rather early age
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

Living in So. Cal I've noticed at least 20% of the population abuse the word "like" on a regular basis. Both guys and girls. Even I use it a bit more then I would prefer, but it becomes ingrained I suppose. So overall it doesn't bug me too much unless they are as much as a ditz as they sound.

I'm not yet to the point that friends discover I was not born female... but so far, I'm in a similar situation, as at one point, I tend to open to them and tell that I am a transitioning MtF. Sometimes, friend there is no more, but sometimes, I feel more sympathy from them. Oh, and by the way, most of my friends are women or fellow MtF.

Honesty is the best policy but remember,
two out of three women in transition agree,
honesty is more than likely a way to say,
"You don't want to be friends with me anymore."

So true.  But once you get used to "lying", it's hard to stop.  During times I REALLY should open up to someone since they've proven their trust and are genuinely concerned for me, I still pretend that there's nothing to know, even though I know it'd strengthen our relationship otherwise.  It's just a habit now.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
To those who understand, I extend my hand
To the doubtful I demand, take me as I am
Not under your command, I know where I stand
I won't change to fix your plan, Take me as I am (Dreamtheatre - As I Am)
I started out with nothing..... and I still have most of it left.
