wow. wow. wow. wow.

That's all i can say about the DW special.

It was very awesome... but I can't help feel that we already knew about the outcome from a prior DW special (or just an episode)?? Which makes the ending (and next season's likely follow-up) not fit well.

Usually I don't care about stuff like that, but this one seems glaring.

Life Of Brian (Family Guy)

They killed off Brian. I bet he'll come back.

TaleSpin "Feminine Air"

I remember this! It's the trans-themed episode, isn't it?

:D I just noticed this post.

Yep. Baloo dresses up as "Tan Margaret". Of course, Rebecca knows the entire time that it is him.

A recently surfaced longer version of Frank Zappa & The Mothers performing for Beatclub in 1968
You can actually see the band and their entourage eating and drinking and some girls (girlfriends? personnel?) messing around with their cameras, before they start playing. It's 40 minutes longer than the old version!

I was listening to AC and they covered this song on "Another EP" and much later on the "110 Song CD", so I had to listen to it. The only live airings I remember seeing of this were when they played the Wetlands in NYC on 3/20/94 and at some show somewhere in Germany on their first European tour. Seth misidentifies it as a "Sesame Street song"....frickin poser.  :D

It fits with the season, plus it's adorable.

The new Two And A Half Men episode.

Alan dates a post-op transwoman, who confesses it to him after sex (or COITUS! if you're Sheldon). But somehow i have this feeling it's about to get intolerant as always. EDIT: yep, Insulting as always. And makes jokes about the SRS procedure and displays their relationship as a little inverted. They make jokes about homosexuality by drawing comparisons. Tssk, seriously.
I do know the actress from somewhere. I wish i'd know from where.

Well, considering the program, it would be expecting way too much if you thought it was going to be favorable to transpeople.
