changes after srs?

Hi everyone! I have a little question! Once one has had SRS, does one see more change after such event? What I mean is when you become post op do you get like another little boost of body change? I think I read somewhere that body hair becomes even finer after SRS and some peoples chests grow a little more? I dont know what's wrong with me today but I'm finding it really difficult to piece together my question haha! If you got through my little mumble any answers would be lovely, it was just something that someone asked me and I didnt really have a proper answer to give them so I became curious myself

The biggest changes (for me) were psychological - the difference between believing you are female and KNOWING you are female. The last  of the chains and inhibitions fell away. Being rid of any remaining traces of T also has the effect of changing one's personality, becoming even more feminine (IMHO)

Physical changes were slow. I was 24 and over the next 15 years went up one cup size, lost ALL my body hair (which wasn't much - very fair skin blond) except pubic hair and I think my features continued to soften.

After srs those little testosterone factories are removed once and for all, so that would surely have something to do with it. Even on AA's, I don't think they block it 100%.

It doesn't make any difference. A person considering SRS coz they r sick and tired of taking anti-androgens and they are after a blossoming or boost effect should re-consider facial and body contouring surgeries first instead of SRS. Hormone receptors in MtF transsexuals do not respond the same way genetic females do to estrogen. That's why the earlier a person transitions, the better and more natural the outcome will be.

My physical changes where  noticeable after srs, I lost all my body hair, my skin particular on my legs and arms really soften over the years, I was the same Jane, I was very disappointed with my breast growth, my Mam tolded me my breasts would grow after srs, in theory you'd expect that to be the case, particularly when you have your testicles removed, the last testosterone place in your body.
Anyway I had a breast augmentation with saline implants before srs, then about 10years after srs I increased my breast size to a 36DD with silicone implants.
But breasts growing nice and big after srs is just a myth for some girls.

It does depend on your estrogen receptors in your breast tissue and thats different for each person even for GG's. Thats why there is variation in size and shape. I am going to wiat and see what changes there are after SRS before going for a BA or FFS or both.

BTW, new pc of me taken yesturday on the beach, lol.
